KLM cancels over 100 flights due to storm warning

Dutch airline KLM cancelled more than 100 flights at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport on Saturday after a yellow code warning was issued for the entire country due to heavy wind gusts, reported Xinhua.
A KLM spokesperson told the ANP news agency that 80 incoming and over 70 outgoing flights were cancelled because of the stormy weather.
The Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) has issued a yellow warning for wind gusts of up to 90 km/h inland and 100 km/h along the coast. The public is advised to be cautious of dangerous conditions, including falling tree branches.
