Eurozone Inflation confirmed at 2.4% in November
Annual eurozone inflation was confirmed at 2.4% in November, according to second reading from Luxembourg-based Eurostat on Tuesday, after rising 2.9% year-on-year in October, reported dpa.
Inflation in the 20-member eurozone was at 10.1% in November 2022.
Month-on-month, the harmonized index of consumer prices fell 0.6% in November, which was revised down from a 0.5% drop.
Inflation rates in the single currency area continue to vary widely, ranging from minus 0.8% in Belgium to 6.9% in Slovakia.
In Germany, annual inflation harmonized to European standards is at 2.3%, and at 3.2% according to national calculations.
